2. User Conduct

2.1 General Conduct: While using the Server, you must conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner. Do not engage in disruptive, harmful, or abusive behaviour, including but not limited to:

• Harassment or bullying of other players.
• Use of hate speech or offensive language.
• Exploiting glitches or bugs for personal gain.

2.2 Cheating and Hacking: The use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized mods is strictly prohibited. Players found to be cheating may face immediate banning from the Server.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: To access the Discord/Purchase rank, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security: Safeguard your account credentials and promptly report any unauthorized use.

4. Fair Store Rules

4.1 In-Game Purchases: Our Server offers in-game purchases that provide cosmetic items or enhancements to gameplay. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• You will not attempt to initiate chargebacks or disputes without prior contact with our support team.
• The Management reserves the right to modify or remove purchased items if necessary, with prior notice.
• Purchases are for your personal use only and should not be resold, traded, or transferred to other players.

4.2 Payment Information: All payment information provided must be accurate and valid. We do not store payment information on our Server.

4.3 Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of in-game items may change without notice. The Management is not responsible for any discrepancies between displayed prices and actual charges.

4.4 Donations: Donations to the Server are appreciated and may provide certain in-game perks. However, donations do not grant immunity from Server rules or provide an unfair advantage over other players.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Server at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Server or other players.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers

The Server is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Server will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Server.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Server after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
